You cannot arrest Nnamdi Kanu and leave Arewa Youths – Danjuma Seriki to FG

The President of Arewa Youth for Progress and Development (AYPD) has said that the federal government cannot arrest the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu without arresting the Arewa Youths who made the Kaduna declaration.
He said this in response to vocal calls for the arrest and detention of Nnamdi Kanu for what the Federal government described as violation of his bail conditions.
He said;

“I want to make it categorically clear that the Arewa youth declaration should be seen as null and void. It was sponsored by some people in the villa. That is why it has been difficult to arrest those who were involved. ““The powers that be are trying to use that to bargain for whatever ulterior motive they have. The genuine Arewa youths are against that.”
‘’You cannot arrest Kanu and leave the leaders of the northern coalition that made that declaration. I want to say it categorically that Dambazau too should be thoroughly investigated in this entire saga.”
